Without question 2007 was a blend of the Best and Worst of times for Patriot Fans. Certainly the undefeated season was a remarkable ride of astounding NFL talent, focus and execution. The Giants earned the Super Bowl Victory which devastated and blemished the prior perfection but the hardest challenges were the realities and vastly media hyped misconceptions of a Season embroiled in Scandal.
The integrity of the organization and fans were publicly challenged on numerous fronts and the convictions of all involving themselves on any front are powerful. I have strong opinions as well and high amongst them is the very clear intent to leave most of that in the past. It is part of what makes 2008 a year which I will so very much appreciate for a return to the fun and fandom of New England Patriot Football.
As always the intent of this page is to provide four basic weekly features and the challenges of life will take priority as this is a passionate pastime but due to the nature of my life and challenges the web posting can occasionally fall short of my best intents.
Monday will Bring Modi's Doghouse, Ostend's Awards and my Game Review while Friday will bring Quinn's Keys to Win. I don't profess anything but a passionate fan's perspectives as we march through the weekly offerings of Patriot performances. Thank-you for those of you still reading this long running attempt of a tribute to the sport and team from which I've had so many incredible experiences. I hope you find something worth the journey. Thank you to the New England Patriots for the tremendous effort they provide and the astounding performances which are the hallmark of the present Patriot Dynasty!
